I have heard that the zone diet is supposed to be good, just wondered if anyone on here has either heard of it? or is doing it?
all i know is its a low carb diet.
Ive done Atkins in the past and wondered if it was just the same, if it is then i wont look into it.
Any advice or help would good thanks.

However some people like going on actual diets, so...and it's not that I don't understand why, there's usually only one or two reasons for going on diets. I just wish I could talk the whole world out of them :)
It's probably just another plan to get money out of people. Unless you luck out and find a diet (that's a 4-letter word, by the way) that's free. A diet promoted by someone else, that is. There's always a cost. And I've heard several people say that The Zone's products cost too much. They're just another company preying on overweight people and using our weaknesses to feed their bank account.
Please, don't waste your money on this stuff. People get into these things and do it for a while then find they can't afford it anymore and poof, the diet is done and any weight lost is gained back.

Here's a link to a description of this diet from the "3 Fat Chicks" site, which is a reliable source about various diets, among other things:
Zone Diet
It sounds overly complicated to me; just common sense eating would probably accomplish the same weight loss results.

lmao!
Sure.
I agree with Miranda. Just eat sensibly, get some exercise, watch your calories, portions and fats and you'll achieve the same results.
