i wish i could get motivated.....
grrrr.... its just so cold outside!!!
oh well... if i boogy while i mop its still calories!!!! i cant wait till i get a new dvd player so i can resume my walk away the pounds (for days like today when i cant drag my bones out of the door!!!!!)

I'm from NE Iowa and I know what you mean by it getting cold, but I tell myself that until there is snow on the ground, I need to keep going on my walks...I find that I'm only cold for the first 10 min of my walk anyway...after that I get pretty warmed up since I'm constantly moving at a good pace...

i decided i will go after lunch.... once it warms up a little....
i need to get some real shoes (all i have a little canvass tennies) and socks (i dont own any) before i can walk outside when its 35 degrees out there
considering the fact that we just moved here from the DESERT i think im doing pretty good at even being able to go outside when its 45!!!! LOL
thanks for the kick in the butt don... i know you are always good for it ;)
