hey guys...well true to form i had a very naughty weekend (in food terms, that is! ;) ) and i've gained 2 lbs.
the thing is, i just feel so gross, after eating a kfc last night and a bk the night before. i can almost feel all that junk food inside me, and it's so horrible! it felt so good to get back on track and have a fruit salad and some yoghurt for breakfast this morning!
i know you guys are probably getting tired of me binging then losing, binging then losing, but from today onwards i've made a vow to stick to this diet and shift 4lbs by next friday.
this sounds quite an unrealistic goal but it's having the effect of making me stick to my diet 100% to see if i can actually do this.
i'm feeling determined, i've been hovering around 130 lbs for waaay too long now, i need to get moving again!

We're not tired of you hanging around, that's silly! I personally just got to the point (like now) where I didn't know what to say anymore because you'd go out and eat things like Burger King and KFC knowing you shouldn't if you're trying to lose weight. Then you make your vows and promises again and 2 days later you fall right back off the wagon, lol.
I'm gonna ask you something - do you have ANY restaurants around you besides fast food? And did you know KFC has GRILLED chicken sandwiches? As for side dishes, beans would be better than fries. BK also has a grilled chicken sandwich, what are you eating from these places?
You obviously want help with gaining control and we'll do whatever we can to get you closer to that, but you have to WORK with us. You gotta stop eating that crap. And I do mean crap.

LOTS of willpower, especially when you're surrounded by fast food restaurants. That's why I asked you if you had anything near you other than them? Like maybe a little deli or something?
