I have found that dannon light and fit yogurt is low in calories, but not very filling. Is there something I can add to it (besides fruit) to make me stay fuller or at least satisfied longer?
Started diet 09-16-04
s/w: 188lbs
c/w: 171lbs (as of 12-03-04)
g/w: 155lbs (by 01-28-05)

hmmm...i don't find yoghurt that filling at all, i only eat it as an accompanyment or a dessert normally...

Low fat cottage cheese would add protein to it. This is my 10:00 AM meal every weekday. One Lite 85 low fat, sugar free yogurt and 1/4 a cup of cottage cheese.
