I thought I'd share a fun work out idea... I've been doing Denise Austin's Fat Blasting Yoga tape. She has one half hour segment, and two 15 minute segments, so I can do some or all, depending on how much time I have. I still try to include cardio workouts as often as possible, but the yoga tapes are a great way to increase flexibility, wind down, and feel great after a long day! Anyone have any other favorite videos?
