Does anyone do yoga? I have heard a lot of good things about it, but I have never tried it. I am wondering if it could be a good addition to my work out routine. However I am unsure how to incorporate it, with cardio and strenght training, where does yoga fit in?

I currently do yoga. One of my favorite instructors is Bryan Kest. I have his three tape set and love tapes 2 & 3. I originally borrowed the tapes from the library since I had bought YogaZone and was highly disappointed. The tapes were very challenging but I still very much like it. I was performing them on the evening after my morning weight training session. Now I just do it whenever I do not feel like doing cardio. The tape is about 45 minutes long and you burn somewhere around 200 calories. This is not your typical relaxing type yoga but instead power yoga and you will feel sore the next day. But you will feel calm at the end of the workout.
Hope this helps,

I do yoga every morning before work - the tape I have is Yoga Journal's Yoga for Energy, and there are 5 segments on it - I do the first 2 in the mornings. It really gets me stretched out and ready for my day. Borrow or buy a yoga tape and try it out - you may surprise yourself. You can do anything from stretching to relaxation to power workouts, so look for a tape that addresses one (or more) of those areas, and you can then decide when / where it fits in with your present workout routine.

These were very good suggestions. Thank you both. I think I'll give it a try.
