Thanks for the weblink! I'm just under 5'6" (used to be 5'6" ... I'm shrinking) started at about 198 late August and this morning the scale said 173.5 . I don't believe the scale so I entered 174.5 on fitday. I think we are about the same general shape but you are thinner (smile at the word!). I turned 46 last week so have the middle age weight shift from the hips/rump to the belly/waist. ..used to be more pear shaped. I didn't gain weight till about 10 years ago and remember the days of being thin and wearing a size 7. I don't think I'll ever get back there. Right now I am delighting in the fact that 14s fit!

Have a great night!

Sue

I have that midrift weight as well :C..The toughest part of my body to deal with...I onced wore my sister`s size 7 clothes when I was around 20 and foolish and drank a lot but forgot to eat a lot...My weight had gone down to 123 lbs and I was skin and bones but at the same time not well toned and I didn`t look good at all...Size 9 weighing about 130-135 lbs was a better weight and look for me but that was prior to having kiddos LOL...As a teen I was chunky...I was a size 10 when I got married and then it`s been up and down until a few years ago when I reached a size 18-20...I wore a pair of dress pants that were a size 18 but had anelastic back to it for the holidays and realised that I had to do something...My back was sore, my confidance was lousy, I didn`t want to socialize..I was just plain miserable...
I have a goal to reach 145 lbs sometimes in the new year and will reasess then if I need to go lower or chose to maintain...G
