Thanks - I know that you are right. It is just that counting every bite for 3 weeks and then watching the scale go up is very depressing. It is the losing that keeps me motivated so by staying the same (or going up) my motivation is begining to wane. I am on the verge of a high calorie pity party!

By the way, I saw your pictures - you are tiny!! I never looked that good in a bikini. Thanks for staying on the board and sharing your success - and strategies.

I know you are counting cal. but cut out the WHITE carbs! Only eat the GOOD ones, it makes a WORLD of difference!
( thats is you haven't already)

For the most past I have - that is if you mean potato, bread and white rice. I eat only a very few. Past is a weakness though.
