we all have lazy days...i cant be stuffed training half the time..try not to make set routines for too long otherwise this will happen more often...just invision your end goal and how everyone will complement you on how u look...visualise a situation where your the heroinne...from my prospective im a 21 yo male remember so what am i gonna think of :P..im walkin down the road with my shirt off tottally buffed, chicks whistlin at me..its sounds silly, but it keeps you focused,,who doesnt like attention and to feel healthy?

Hi GymMachine,
Not silly at all! Creative visualization is a great motivator for weight loss or any other personal accomplishment. Great suggestion! I have 10 lbs to go and whenever I feel a stronge urge to derail, I think of how great I WILL look (not maybe or should, but WILL) and I grab a diet drink, green tea or water. It really does help.
