Yesterday was my fifth day(but actually 7 days in a row)
I woke up bloated , etc...I know whant some cheese with the wine...Took my kid to his hockey game but then ended up having to take him to the clinic and hace an antibotic for him because he`s got a bad troat infection...So while waitning for the prescription I took my BP and it was very low..the test indicated 89/63 so I waited 10 minutes and actually sat down and relaxed and it went up to 100/69 si I figured not to push my luck ...I then took my kids to mass and afterwards hubby and I had planned to go out (I didn`t feel up to it but we have been having a hard time at finding time for each other ) the band was really good so I stood and shook my bootie for quite a while so although it was the most intense work out, it still burn some bit of cals....
Since i`m CDN and we are having Thanksgiving turkey tomorrow, we are planning to go for a hike with the kids before the celebration...Wishing everyone a Happy ThanksGiving and I`m Thankfull I found this group...G

Happy thanksgiving! A hike before eating is a great idea. I think I'll save that idea for November when it is celebrated in the US.

Lol... I'm here in Arizona... but we'll be doing Thanksgiving on this next saturday (the 16th).
My big brother is home from Iraq... and then he goes back on the 24th., so we figured, "why not?"
Mmmm... mashed potatos are coming my way. LOL, I've resolved to only have 1 plate of food. If my portions are a little bit large, I'll get over it. It IS Thanksgiving, after all! : P
Actually, the menu consists of roasted chicken, mashed potatos, veggies, and some other stuff. I think I'll do okay. I'm not big on the desserts, so at least I'm saved there!
Anyway... Happy Thanksgiving to everyone else!
