...i'm down to 129lbs! :-D was 131lbs on monday. sounds a bit fast but i had a bit of a bad weekend and so put on a pound or so from that which was probably only temporary (on friday i was 130). it's so cool to be in the 20s! another 10 lbs to go though, and i'm just waiting for my weightloss to seriously slow down-and i've gotta be mentally prepared for it.
i know i should really only be weighing myself once a week, but i just can't help hopping on the scales every morning...it's just too tempting!
this weight probably isn't "official" yet, but i'm gonna have to count it anyway, cause i'm so excited! :-D so...

I finally broke my plateau (was stuck at 190 for a couple of weeks) and saw 187 on the scale this morning. But I'm adding a pound for good measure and sticking with 188.
I'm just happy to see that blasted 190 gone.

Congrads Munch!
And - yes, be prepared for the weight loss slow down. When people say losing weight is easier than maintaining, they know what they are talking about.
I got to my goal weight in June (130). I keep fluctuating between 130 and 135. I can't seem to STAY at 130 pounds. It is very difficult.
You've lost over 20 pounds - keep up the good work.
AND LET US KNOW WHEN YOU REACH GOAL - I know you will soon!
