every mornin i do it wake up and say today s the day i've put on 3 stone in 6 weeks its so hard to losse it any 1 else feel like this

ME! I am new here too and just posted up. Do you come on here often?? Has your lifestyle changed at all to make it more difficult to get up and get going?? I know that is my problem. Heck if I can get myself to do it, I am sure God willing we can do it- right?! Keep faith and you will make it hun, best of luck in your weight loss endeavor.

You can do it Tanya!! You just have to keep positive and know that you are doing this for you and nobody else.And yes there are days when you wake up and say,I can't do this today.You just have to make yourself,you'll thank yourself in the end.LOL Good luck!!

Yep. It doesn't seem quite fair that the weight can come on so fast, but it's so darn hard to get off. But, it will come off is we make better eating choices and increase our activity.

I know how you feel. It is hard to get motivated to do something, but if you put your mind to it and push yourself, you can do anything. You will feel great that you pushed yourself forward. Just remember that it takes three months to make a habit. So if exercise is your down fall (like it is mine) you will find it hard and have to push yourself everyday to the gym (or whatever kind of exercise you want to do) but then in three months it won't be such a challenge and you will look forward to it. So that is my advice. Good luck and believe in yourself.
