well efx simply means they use a substance called synephrine in replace of ephadrine...the good thing is that synephrine is basically 'ephadra-lite' and consequently there are very few side effects...on the other hand because it isnt as strong as ephadrine itself it simply doesnt work...hydroxycut here in oz and in canada aswell as a few other places put synephrine in instead of ephadrine because its illigal which probably tells u how safe ephadrine is in the first place...my advice is to not bother...ephadrine, if u can handle it, is a great thermogenic but unfortunately some people get side effects...the efx version of xenedrine which contains synephrine instead of ephadrine really wont help you lose to much weight...like i said because its basically ephadrine lite it has little side effects but unfortunately doesnt work too well at all.

I experienced nothing on the "free" version.... My girlfriend claims a boost of energy, so did my neighbor while on the "free" version (I think it was all in their heads, lol).

I'm no expert but I'd say any pill is not the answer. My sister tried that and totally destroyed her insides pretty much. She had to have her gall bladder removed, she has an aggravated ulcer, intestinal problems along with other related problems. The only REAL solution is good eating and hard work. I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but it's the truth. As for the ephedrine and related stuff, stay away from it -- it's been known to cause heart attack and stroke, especially in women. Hope this helps :))

I just started taking it a couple of days ago. I'm not expecting to lose weight from the pill itself, but from all the exercising and healthy food choices i can make now.....I have a very low energy drive and just getting out of bed in the morning is so hard. I just need the energy boost to get me started on a regular exercising routine. After a month or so the exercising will be a habit and that will give me enough energy to keep going...So far so good:)
