 wrist size

I remember reading somewhere that a person can find out if they are a "small, medium, or large boned" person by wrapping their fingers around their wrist. If your fingers do not touch it would mean ????? Has anyone ever read this or was I dreaming?

If your fingers do not touch then you are a large. Honestly I wouldn't go by that measurement though. When I was heavier my fingers wouldn't touch and now they do. There is some other way to figure it out with measuring the distance between your 2 bones in the wrist. Try a search for wrist measurements and it should pop up.

They have measurement directions on page 2 of this online calculator,
if I remember right it has to do with the elbow bone as far as this one -

Yeah. The wrapping method isn't very accurate. I did the measurements of the bones and I felt alot more confident that I could set my goals accurately.
