We did the equivalent of kickboxing circuit class with kicks and punches, push ups, jogging on the spot, katas and finished with front rolls and breakfalls....We work a full hr and I could feel the burn!!!
I like the way he does his new format, in the past while one group would get up the rest would sit and watch, now we alternate so that one group works their katas the others jog on the spot/ run laps/ squats/push ups/ crunches ect..for a more interval kind of training...:D g

jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in
