WOW. 2 weeks and 4.5 pounds. amazing what counting calories can do. i wonder how many calories i was eating before. and i only got to exercise 2 times

Congrats to both of you. I managed to squeak out a .5lb loss. But, since I haven't lost anything in 2 weeks, I am not complaining. It seems that I'm finally back on track.

I have been the same weight since June 20th. But I feel pretty good about it because I haven't had my nose in fitday eight times a day. So I know I can maintain on my own. I also haven't walked since the 1st and 2nd of July. So I can't complain. That was me driving that car in park, after all. Time to change gears I think. I'd rather hover under 130.

I gained 0.6 pounds this week :(. I had a really bad week so I am actually surprised I didn't gain more than that.

Congratulations all you who have lost weight! That is soo great. My weigh in is really tomorrow but I think I might have gained a pound or two because I did bad for like 5 days in a row. So, I guess if I gain only 2 pounds then I will be content because I should have gained way more than that. But, I will see tomorrow, maybe it won't be as bad as I think it will as long as I eat well today. I ate well yesterday. I feel better today and I don't feel like pigging out. So we'll see what happens...cross those fingers...
