someone before was asking about workout schedules.... this is what i have settled into.... and i really like it.... i only have a straight barbell and 100 lbs worth of weight plates (i use between 15 and 25 lbs)... i use a towel in my stretches... my routine takes 45-60 mins (depending if i do the 1 or 2 mile watp.... i intend to work up to the 3 mile) so here it is... i like it and i am comfortable with it.... it is just enough to make me feel like i am getting a good workout.... but short enough my kids can do it with me and dosent take ALL day!!!

Cardio
Video 1, 2, or 3 mile WATP

Weights (at least 3 sets of 10)

Military Press
Shallow Squats
Heel Raises
Shrugs
Lunge



Cool down with stretches (repeat each stretch 10 times)
Shoulder releases
Upper arm and shoulder pull
Spine twist
Spine stretch forward
Spine stretch back
Chest curl
Waist stretch
Front of hip stretch
Side of hip stretch
Buttock stretch
Calf stretch
