Okay,I really need to start my crunches and everything. I walk a ton everyday If its raining I just walk around the house and I have my pedometer on so can track it all. I walk abtou 20 miles like that. I hate sitting down can't yah tell? Well I need to start toning my arms and abs. My thighs are pretty toned since I walk so much. Just can't seem to get motivated I want to do my Tae-bo tapes but just don't feel like it. I feel like if I had someone breathing down my neck it would help. All well I will try again today.

I am feeling the same way as you. My stomach is my main problem area, but I never seem to do sit ups. They are the hardest thing for me to do so I think thats why I avoid doing them.

Good news - sit ups won't really help your stomach. You can't spot reduce. The best thing is to interval train - high intenisty cardio 20 minutes 3 x per week. Whe I say high intensity, I mean until you feel like you are dying. 20 minutes 3x a week of this is all you need and you will see results in your stomach, along with of course proper eating habits.
