 work out routines

today I was too late for my step aerobic class so I did stuff a little different.

I did 2 miles on the eliptical, then got on the treadmill and decided to try and jog for one half mile at 3.5 mph. (the farthest i've ever jogged before was .25) I DID IT! I was able to "run" at 3.5 mph and finished the half mile in 8 minutes 40 seconds! that is a new record for me. Then I went to the weights room and did arms, shoulders, and back....

I really feel like I'd accomplished something today! I think I am gonna add the running into my routine like 3 days a week, and do the half mile for a couple of weeks, then add a 1/4 mile to that for a couple weeks, etc... I should be able run 1 mile in .......... maybe 6 weeks from now????

Wow... I am impressed... a murderer would have to be chasing me for me to run anywhere... or .... on second thought .... a really cute guy with ice cream would do....especially if he had those nice "tennis player" legs... mmmm...

Oh... Oh... sorry... we were talking about your fantastic exercise routine for today...

I was just excited that I did the gazelle for 30 minutes today and the firm ab tape.

What a great job you are doing with your exercise.
