I used bearshare and downloaded reggae music and Abba. They are great for getting me going.

Free music is a crime. I suggest you go to the store and buy your music or you can try the Quick Fix total body toning. That's the one that I use and it has great music.

Some uptempo Motown music : Dancing in the street, Respect, the Supremes, etc. The kind of music you just want to dance to naturally.

Actually there are quite a few public domain areas where it is free to download, hence, not a crime. goingdownsoonIhope didn't say "copyrighted" music to download... I suggest www.mp3.com or search Yahoo for "public domain music" Alot of artists release one or two tracks for "public domain" It may not have the kind of music you want but it is worth a shot.

If you are by your computer when you exercise you can try launch.com. They have a lot of music videos to watch for free and it helps me also to see the disgustingly skinny people jumping around.

At one time Kazaa came bundled with a bunch of spyware that installed itself on your system when you installed Kazaa. This junk software infests your browser with advertisements and does some other stuff you might not like.

You can download software from www.adaware.com that will show you if you have any of this junk software installed on your machine.
