hi!
i am girl of 22, and weight about 125 pound and i am 5'2" tall. since some years back i have been trying to loss some weight and reach mine target weight110 pound. i am doing some light exercise as far as possible n am also controlling mine eating habit. actually i eat any thing but just limit the amount.
i have one problem, will u please help me? though i have lost sone weights out of mine hip n thighs, i till date dont have been able to get a flat tummy. is doing abcrunch sufficent or some thing extra is necessary.........i cant visit the gym due to mine busy schedule.......so please help!!!!!!!

Well, there is no such thing as spot reduction. You can't say I want to lose it in my thighs and only lose it there. The body will remove fat where it wants. Many says that it comes off in reverse order that it comes on. I think it's true. The way it will come off is with calorie reduction and with exercising.
Also, the eat anything but limited amount might mean you are taking in much more calories than you might think. Sometimes the portion can be small and still be a hit in the calorie department. Easy example is a buffalo wing. Looks small. Not much meat..can't be bad right? try about 75 calories for one. Yeah. So I'd do a little research into whatt you are eating and maybe keep a diary.
And 5'2 and 125? That doesn't sound bad at all, so chin up!
