Hi.. currently I'm 5'6'' almost female and weigh about 150lbs. I was wondering if drinking greens multi once a day along with a total of 1200 calories a day and speed walking/jogging 1mile a day will help me loose weight..
the walking/jogging will increase 1 mile every two weeks until 3 miles..
any input would be greatly appreciated.. I would like to weigh 130 at the most! preferably more 123-125

i would eat 1500 calories a day, 1200 is kinda low, it may take longer and is perhaps unhealthier at 1200 believe it or not....less is not neccesarely more.....otherwise yeah it could work, good idea adding distance to your walks...maybe add more jogs in there too as opposed to walking...a watch is handy here.
