Well, Nelly, how are your eating habits now?
Mine vary. Some weeks I eat really healthy and some weeks I don't pay much attention to what I eat and then have to make up for it later. I like salads and grilled chicken alot, but I also like pizza and burgers, too.
What do you eat from a day to day basis? Have you ever tried counting your calories? (Because counting your calories is essential, and it really isn't hard.)
Let all of us know what your eating (and exercise, if any) habits are from a day to day basis and we can give you TONS of input on how to help you get to any goals you may have.
Also, you'll see in my signature below there are 3 sets of numbers. "205-194-145" Those correspond to my starting weight, my current weight, and my goal weight. If you're comfortable, you might post your own, too. Sometimes it helps everyone here keep on track knowing we're all watching out for eachother.
