Okay so i posted somewhere but i said because of my break right now i could work out everyday and was alternating between weight days and cardio days.
So my question is... now that school is back on and it's back to working out 4 days a week (instead of 5 or 6) should i continue to do this weight and cardio breakup?
Let's assume i still do the hour of cardio (which makes up for the fact that i'd be doing it twice a week instead of 4 30 minute sessions) and an hour of weights (hitting two body parts for two days instead of one in four days) so i'd be doing the same amount of exercise, but it wouldn't be together.
So which one would be better?
I know that breaking up weights and cardio is supposed to be the most effective, but if i'm only hitting each twice a week, is that not as effective as doing weights and then cardio 4 times a week?
I don't know if i made any sense, but anyone has any ideas, i'd appreciate it.
Thanks!!!

keep it broken if u can...4 30min sessions of cardio are alot better than 2 1hour sessions...weights is the same...the more time u spend in the gym lifting, the more damage ya do....30-40 mins max in the gym as a rule...you just get too catabolic after that.
