Hi everyone,
I was just wondering, I remember seeing a weight chart... now I can't find it. Does anyone know where, under what link it is..?? I mean the one where it lists the "correct" weights for small, medium and large frame at a certain height.
Also, is 15% from protein enough to preserve/build muscle?
Thanks,
Melissa

Hi Melissa,
The more protein in your diet the better. Protein is hard for the metabolism to break down and it really has to work to break it down. I would try for 30-40% protein 35% complex carbs 10-15% fat . Small meals, but eat often go for 6 small meals a day.

I would be interested in seeing that weight chart myself. I really don't know what weight I should be. I am about 5'4 or 5'5 and weigh about 165lbs.
