I heard that the weight comes off in this order face, back, legs, stomach/hips. Is this true. I know all the weight doesn't come off all at once but in layers can anyone tell me the order? Thanks

I think it depends on the person... Everyone has their own distribution of fat - there are some common patterns like the one you described.... The places where the person FIRST gains the fat are the LAST ones where the fat comes off... That's why it's so hard to lose fat from areas like stomach...

I think you are right Mel. a fitness instructor once told me the same thing. She said she lost weight in her breast area 1st and gained in her belly 1st.
