 where's my butt?

Okay, you must be thinking, well she lost her butt, that's great! But it's not, I have NO backside anymore! It's like my legs are a continuation of my back. It's really upsetting, I admit though, it is nice to fit into my old pants, but I like round butts and I don't like this. Why couldn’t I loose the gut instead of the butt? So I was just wondering, is there any way to get my butt back without gaining weight anywhere else? My mom said, you should eat something for a change, while I am always munching on something; she thinks I'm starving myself. Yesterday for example I overate by about 600 cals, so I am not starving myself. Now I was thinking, maybe I could build up enough muscle for my tushy to stick out again, I mean, I don't want fat there, but I want something! So if anyone has any suggestions, please help. This is just too weird, never thought I'd be taking about my butt on a public forum.

In Yahoo, I just did a search on "building glutes" and lots of stuff came up. Try that and see if you find something.

Ok I have something to say.
The fact that you have no butt, is the same as someone with no breasts.

You cant make something where there is nothing.

You can only build a little muscle there so that it looks firmer and more supple.

But you will never have a butt, if you stay thin.
The same way, I will never have big breasts if I stay slim.

Just accept your new body, and be thankful for your long thin legs.

Now seriously you are going to have to build muscle to get the shape back. I hope I'm not just repeating what everyone else has just said but I have to leave the house in a few minutes and didn't have time to read them. But anyway, try doing stairs. anykind of stepping really. That really will build your glutes and give you good shape in the rear. I do THE FIRM and the FANNYLIFTER is about 14 inches tall you just step up on it over and over again and it works deep into your glutes. Maybe if you don't want to go out and buy something like that you can find something in your home that is very sturdy(so it doesn't tip) and do that for at least 5 minutes a day or every other day. That should do the trick. Good Luck. I hope you can figure out what will work for you.

I disagree with you Jaide. Having no breast and no butt are not the same. Because a butt is muscle it can be built to be nice and round. Where breast are nothing but tissue so there for you can not be built them up. Have you ever seen women body builders? Well if you ask me any of the ones I have ever seen have butts because they have built the muscles. Now their breast on the other hand, they don't have any because their body fat is so low. Do you get the point? And before you reply I am not trying to pick a fight I just have a different point of view then you. If you don't agree then don't.

However if she wants a big, sexy curvy butt, with muscle as well as shape it is impossible if that is not her figure.
I happen to have small rounded breasts, that are not sagging, but no matter how much exercise I do, they will just get slightly uplifted, because of pectoral muscles.

Butts can get hardened and rounded with exercise . Look at dancers, they have little hard butts. But some people got back and others dont.

Unless you do 1000 exercises just accept the shape God gave you. Big on top, nada on the bottom.

Everyone is different.

Be the best YOU can be, dont go searching for non existent body parts.

Oh By the way Kim, I dont think you were trying to start a fight. I think you are correct in saying that certain exercises can give you a better shape. I agree to that.
But she wont get a butt if she doesn't have one. If you know what I mean.
I mean, it's like this: say someone has a short stubby neck or a double chin, if they lose weight it will look alot thinner, but they will not all of a sudden appear swanlike. We all come in different shapes and sizes thin or not.
Instead of trying to get something you dont have just accept it, and try to have the best body for your figure type.

Look at Jennifer Lopez. She is a Hollywood actress and no doubt has a personal trainer. However he butt will never be tiny. Now she flaunts it.

People with no butts, can flaunt their legs or other body parts and look sexy.

I dont know how old jane is, but if she is over 21, just make sure you date or marry a man who doesn't care about butts. It is only one part of your body.

this maybe true but do you know what a bodybuilder (female) goes through to get that butt? their life is their training and some are aided by a little drug help...diet and exxercise are their life...for us average smo's to get a butt to poke out some from building larger glutes is not really going to make that much diff...jaide is right, without total dedication of years and years there are some things which arent going to change much...a believe a butt is one of them...biceps, triceps, chest etc yeah they change somewhat easier...but to get a butt to get bigger and stick out more would require more work than 99.5% of us would want to put into it...if you want to strengthen your ass, then leg presses, squats and deadlifts will help but really, the ass doesnt grow too much or poke out compared to alot of other body parts.
