Whenever I get the chance, so it varies. I have busy afternoons and evenings. Sometimes I don't eat dinner at all because I don't get home from school until past 9. : )

do you think you should only eat when you're hungry though? i try & eat 3 regular meals, cause apparently it helps your metabolism to be more regular about it, i don't know..

Well, generally if you eat a normally balanced breakfast, you will be hungry for lunch. And if your lunch is normal, you'll be hungry for dinner.
Have a snack between meals if you get hungry. Maybe some crackers and cheese or a nice big piece of fruit. Eating three normal meals and two healthy snacks will keep your metabolism running all day long.
But I do believe you should only eat when you are hungry. If you're eating when you aren't hungry you're just consuming unneeded and unneccesary calories. Your body will tell you alot if you just listen to it.

During the week around 5 and 6 on Sunday. I don't usually eat dinner, though. I fix something for my husband and son and fix myself a big salad for later on.

Varies because of everyone's schedule - anywhere between 5:30 and 7:00. My husband actually does most of the cooking while I'm running around with the kids, but I also almost add a chopped salad and something for my veggie daughter. We always sit down together as a family though, even if we are eating mostly differnet things.
