Im 14 and ive been skinny all my life until about a year ago I started gaining wight....I cant get rid of that little pouch stomach or my fat thighs! Does anyone have an suggestions about what exersizes or anything I can try. It would help if it worked kinda fast because I have my 8th grade graduation in about 2 weeks and I have to look good in my dress! PLEASE help me!

The bad news is you can't target an area of your body for weight loss. There isn't a thigh or tummy pouch exercise you can use to lose weight in those specific areas. When you lose weight it comes off your body in the reverse order it was put on.
A good exercise for losing weight is running. At your middle school you probably have a track. Each lap of that track is 1/4th of a mile. See how many laps you can go in 30 minutes, or if you are really serious try for 60 minutes. When you get tired of running walk a bit, then start running again. Watch what you eat, cut out the sweets and junk. Don't starve yourself.
