Hi, just wondering on how to calculate my calories... what is considered moderately active exercise and what is very active?
(by the calorie calculators on this board)

I run on Tuesday for 20-30 minutes (jog)
Wed = 25 min elliptical and 45 min pilates
Fri = jog/walk 25 min
Sat= lift 1hour full body and elliptical 20 min
Sunday = 1 hour yoga/lifing light weights

wonder what I would be considered, does anyone know for sure?

thank you! oh, the rest of my life is pretty sedentary.
