It`s a snow day here so the kids are home onless I brave the icy roads and drive them to school(doubt it)...
Well I`ve started my day by having a high fibre cookie I made last night ...intended for the kids cause it isn`t low cals..Yikes....
My goal ...No more cookies...and to get back on my treadmill and have a work out cause I haven`t gotten back on track since kido went to the hospital...G

Way to stay on track. My goal for today.... hmmm..... make sure to get my daily dose of exercise -- which should be 2 hrs of karate this evening if all goes well. And of course not to eat any bad foods!!
Cheers,
Luna :))

My goal is to exercise for the full 70 mins. I have been sick with a head cold so it has been painful to exercise. Plus when I am sick I get so hungry and eat everything in sight, even if I do't like it! The scale is up 2 pounds becuase I haven't been drinking my water so my goal is to get back to it. Keep your fingers crossed that my head doesn't burn today while dancing away =)

Goals! That's one of the best thing about weight loss by discussion board--the focus and the accountability to others. I haven't had a daily goal in forever, just the big, main "lose weight" goal.
So here goes:
1. Eat well--low fat, high fiber REAL food; I've been living on restaurant food lately and I need LOTS more veggies and whole grains.
2. Move my body--I'm doing a major cleaning today since the weather won't let me get outside. I've got lots of stairs, though, so it will be a real workout.
3. Water--glug, glug, glug!
4. Do something nice for ME--an hour or so curled up with my coffee and a stack of garden catalouges :)

I've been at home for 3 days now, with no car and a foot of snow blowing all over the place. I'm starting to go stir crazy! I'm not much into sitting around the house. Today I plan to exercise, do laundry, and maybe teach a few piano lessons if they show up at the end of the day. The roads should be clear by the end of today, and the kids back in school tomorrow....better be! LOL

My goal for today is to do weights. I did abs and elliptical (30 min 512 cals) and I did over an hour on the elliptical yesterday in two sessions (1100 cals), but I just can't seem to get my stuff together for weights.
I'm supposed to be getting a very elaborate weight macjine from a friend who just wants it out of his garage and so he's giving it to me. That should be motivating if I get it. So my other goal is to pick that up.
Have a good one all...
Eric

My goal is to hit the treadmill. I make alot of excuses, and I should probably use it ten times more often than I do.
My other goal is not to eat past 7pm. This is actually something I'd like to enforce on a daily basis, but.. baby steps. :)

my goal is to go back to doing my circuit training 2 nights a week instead of playing hacky sack for 2 hours.........LOL
I have been doing training 2 nights a week with my trainer but the other nights that I am supposed to be doing circuits I am playing hacky sack which is alot of exercise, moving everything, jumping and stuff, but I feel guilty. It is toooo much fun so it doesn't feel right!
I also need to drink more water!!!!!!!!!!!

At precisely 4:30 PM today I will be on an elliptical machine in the fitness center here at work. I will do cardio for 20 minutes - take a break - drink some water and at approximately 4:55 PM today I will begin my upper body work out. For dinner I am having grilled salmon with spinach and mushrooms and a baked sweet potato.
