Hi could some one please educate me on the most effective way to use the treadmill and stairclimber as an effective tool to weight loss.
My gym recommends 20mins on each 4/5times a week
some other sources, mags, online say at least 30-45 mins.
I am trying to lose and want to do this the right, effective way.
I am also trying to do the food thing the right way, what is your take on not taking fruits and carbs after 3pm?
which leaves me to what do I eat after does times?

i always stay on the treadmill for at least 35min. I make sure to run nonstop for at least 10-15 mins.
I read somewhere that your body doesn't start using the fat supply untill at least 30 mins. of aerobic activity.

I am no expert, but I believe I have read in other posts that the best way to do cardio is to go really fast for a few min then slow down then go really fast...I think some of the fancy stairsteppers @ the gym actually have settings that do this. And it seems like you are to do this for about 30 min. Like I said I am no expert and I could be wrong if I am please someone correct me.
