If you google "travel scale" you'll find several options. I'm afraid I can't recommend one, as my most trusted travel site, Magellan, doesn't offer them. However, even if you gain a couple pounds, you can easily take it off when you come back. I just took a 12-day cruise with fantastic food, gained three pounds, and lost it within a few weeks. It was worth it. And by the way, our cruise ship had a scale in the tiny workout room--you might see if yours does, too. Good luck and have fun.

One good tip for cruising is to ALWAYS take the stairs everywhere on the ship--make elevators off-limits for the entire cruise. On formal nights take off your shoes when you schlep up and down the stairs.
Enjoy your cruise--enjoy the food--make a vow to jump back on your program when you return.
