Well if it makes you feel any better I have been dieting since Jan 1. And I am a VERY strict eater. I have only lost 5 lbs. But lost some inches. I do get depressed a lot though because I do not see the numbers on the scale go down!!! Keep up the good work. Everyones body is different.

only been dieting for 15 weeks. So no.. 13 pounds is not too slow. With the average weightloss being 1 to 1.5 pounds per week and even less when you don't weigh a ton to begin with.. you are right now track.

If you want to lose a little bit faster.. then exercise a little bit more. You should be eating between 1200 and 1400 calories per day. Exercise 20 minutes every day except one day during the week.

Happy weightloss and congrats on your loss.

I think we must be on the right track because I`ve been doing my weight loss since the first of the year and also have lost 13 lbs ...The good news is this is a healthier and better way to lose the weight and maintain the loss(although at times more frustrating!) when I don`t feel sorry for myself ,I do notice the inches loss, the energy increase, the feeling better....So yes it`s only 13 lbs but on the bright side you don`t have to lose those anymore and by alternating a few things in your routine you may be able to get your metabolism going better...Now here is some food for thought...Your body is a very stubborn thing and your idea of ideal weight may be very different then what your body wants.....So if you have lost inches forget the numbers on the scale it will only drive you nuts!!!!
