depends on you...does it make you feel better and are you capable of doing it without burning out? if so, then go ahead just give yourself rest days...as for the menstrual thing...well that aint my area, exit stage right ~~~~~~~~~~~>

Walking a mile a day is really not much to ask for any normal adult body. As for the aerobics exercise, I do not know how much you do, or how intense you go at it, and how your diet matches your energy output, so it's hard to tell if you are doing "too much."
As for doing "too much" to actually affect a normal menstrual cycle, we would have to be talking "olympic-level" training here, where the body is pushed to the limit, and virtually stripped of any fat. The body then tends to set aside reproductive functions because of all these "intense stresses" it has to cope with. So unless you are doing this much exercise, I would not worry about it.
On the other hand, women who have acquired a lot of fat sometimes experience irregular periods themselves, commonly due to the fact that fat stores estrogen and releases it erratically thus messing up the cycle. Therefore, a lot of women who lose a significant amount of weight find their cycles being regular again.
This is,of course, a rather simplified way of looking at the menstrual cycle as relates to fat gain/loss. Usually, more than one factor is affecting a woman's cycle at any one time.

thank you so much! Iwas pretty sure that that wasnt to much and I feel like I could do more but that might be pushing it for me since my aerobics is pretty intense.
