well, i get on the scale tomorrow morning. i don't know if it will be good or not. i am hoping for 2 lbs.
over the weekend when i started it was easier with working out. but i have to say honestly. i only got to workout once and that was monday. i did eat right all week so we'll see if just calorie counting works.
wish me luck.
ps. i will get to change the question mark to a number tomorrow.
pss. with working and taking care of the family during the week it is hard to read all the post put i am trying.

yes, i have been only be able to count calories. when i get home from work i want to do the 15 minutes of pliates and it doesn't happen. the children will not let me.
i know at one point i will have to make more of an effort to continue to lose weight if i want to reach my goal.
