Today I did 20 minutes on the treadmill with a 5 1/2 minute jog in there. Now, my walking was at 3 mph and the jog was at 4 mph. Starting slow don't want to overdue it! Also, I did 2 sets of 12 reps of each:
bicep curls- 6 pounds
tricep press ? -6 pounds
leg lifts
crunches
crunches w/legs up
squats
I just got to take this one day at a time. So, that was today. And we'll see about tomorrow, Saturdays are always tuff to get anything done in the form of exercise, but we end up doing so much around the house like yard work that it makes up for that. But, whats important is I did good today. After all, what we do today is what really counts!
Btw- it's not 162 pounds anymore. It's 166.4! So, just thought I'd be honest! :)

Great job on today's workout. I now need some type of workout each day to get rid of the tension from that day. Maybe it will get to be an addiction for you too. If not, I hope you at least don't mind it too bad :-P
I bet you're going to be a bit sore tomorrow. Careful to get warmed up and stretch a bit before exercising tomorrow so you don't hurt something.

good for you...After painting my son`s room all week , my muscles are sore so I`m taking a break this morning(doing laundry yuk!) and may go for a walk later today....G
