I just read your post on your gym session...im gonna offer my nosey 2 cents on some things, hope u dont mind im just trying to help...
Ok firstly 50 reps is crazy...your not building muscle this way...15 and less and much heavier....check the form on some of your lifts....a one arm dumbell row shouldnt go to your waist, its too much arm motion...your blades should bring it in to your side, elbows clearly bent....you said your bicep was burnt....thats because your form was out of wack and the bicep being a smaller muscle, burnt out before your back actually did....when your doing a lift picture the muscle...see it contract...like your back in the row, i know u have to produce arm motion but think of your lats as the major pulley to bring your arm up and elbow into your side...more faster contractions up, slower controlled ones down....this will really help with all of your lifts...your diet sounds good i would have more than one shake per day though, depending on the rest of your intake though..
Oh and i have to ask...why the word 'microtears' and 'isolated'? you are the first person who says microtears and not 'breaking down' that i know of so kudos to your originality :P
