This is just my "1 year anniversary of weight loss goal".... My long term goal is to reach 180 ! I started on my journey September first of last year. I don't have a goal of when I'll reach 180 because I know that it comes off slower and slower as you reach your goal. My next goal after September first will be Christmas (but I haven't decided on a number for that date yet.) Then my next goal will be my birthday at the end of February. etc......

I should have been more specific, I meant to say "first-term/short-term" goal. But either way, congratulations is still in order. =)
Btw, I remember when you started so i'm sorry for the misunderstanding of how I stated your goal accomplishments.
My personal goal is to be a solid 150 by September. I've been doing a lot more weight training and I'm finally in a steady swing of things with walking.
I know with all the names changes it's been hard to keep up with me but, I was Angel at first, then Tracy/Trace, and now i'm Serenity. Still the same person though =)
I didn't mean to sound ignorant about it, my apologies.
Take Care,
Tracy
