well has most of the long term posters would know, I have been maintainning my weight these last few months and although I have started a new job and keep farelly physical while I work my work outs took a major nose dive...And some junk food has crept in occasionnaly.....Anyway, I took it one thing at a time and started by going back to my karate classes, last week I pulled out the old journal again and I`m working on being consistent with it for the next while, now I `m back and it`s time to start my cardios again along with the karate classes(2x a week)Baseball is startingnext month and I want to be able to whiz around those bases if I can eat the ball LOL so I was lost but now I`m back and that is because I knew there was a spot to come back to...So feel free to kick me in the rear end for the long absence and lack of support I will take it with a :) like a big girl...G

Thanks Melody, I have logged on and read posts and have kept track of your progress even though I was kinda m.i.a......Reading these posts is what has kept me from completely giving up and help me stay somewhat focused...G
