I'm just about to head out the door to my step aerobic class. Anyone want to join me for a great work out??? I'll save you a step! Eric, G??? LOL

Class started out great, then 10 minutes later I stepped on the edge of my step and my foot rolled under and I was down for the count! Injuries make me soooooooo angry!!!!!! now I can't do any cardio for ...... who knows how long..... ugh!!!


tomorrow I am gonna go and try to do a pilates class......

I called the dr from the gym and got a "squeezed in" appointment for 2pm today. I'm just wondering if I should just do the R.I.C.E treatment at home and not go to the doctor.... I can hear him now. "yep, you sprained it. Keep it elevated, and stay off it." then he'll wrap it and send me on my way. LOL. I can wrap it, ice it and elevate it myself with out paying someone to do it for me... The only difference is he may want to x-ray it.

I guess I'm not really asking for advice here, just wondering what you all would do if it were you....

For me it would depend on how much it hurts or if it's swelling. Sometimes a hairline fracture can feel like a sprain, I think?

Hmmmm, I agree with Michelle. If it really hurts I would go have it checked out...but if not, maybe just staying off it for a bit might help a bit!

If it helps, i'm right there with you =) I stretched when I woke up on Sat morning and pulled a muscle in my neck. Yes, it was the mother of all stretches =) Anyway, I can do my WATP tape slowly today but I can't do any crunches. I knew my hubby called me 3/4 moron for a reason lol!
