Well after reading the article, I went grocery shopping and made sure to have plenty of fruits and veggies around...
Then today I started and went out and got the stuff to make the bracelets...Didn`t even think of munching on junk food while making the bracelets...
Had more then the recommended 9 servings of fruits and veggies ...
So as silly has it may seems, they did get me to buy the fruits and veggies and to take a step back towards the right track...
5` 4 and 3/4 inches
previous weightloss from 2002- 2003
jan 2002 --198 lbs/ down to 160 lbs
start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in

Hey whatever works! It's weird how my body craves different stuff now. I came home from work and downed a can of green beans. That's certainly a first.
