sorry havent been around in a little while, fell off the wagon its been over a week of eating whatever i want, cant seem to get my old motavation back, the weight lose seems so slow. but i did good today and im ready to start agian, i think. also wanted to ask, i think i read this before, if i need 1800 calories to matain my goal weight, what happens if i eat 1800 everyday right now, will i loose weight?

If it takes less than 1800 calories to maintain your current weight, you will lose. It's easier to look at what it takes to maintain your current weight and then subtract based on how much you want to lose each week. The home page of this site includes a calculator for how much it takes to maintain your current weight. Find that number, and subtract 500 a day to lose one pound a week.
