Hello, friends!
I'm wondering how to lose this belly. I'm a 37 year old medium built, 5'8" male who only has a fat stomach and just a touch of a double chin. The rest of me is in great shape--strong legs etc. I don't drink beer. It's just eating and sitting. Oy!
What's the best exercise(s) to get rid of my gut?
Thank you so much! Yossi

Hi Yossi,
There is no way to target any particular body areas (such as stomach) for fat loss. Every person's body has its own distribution of fat, and you cannot tell your body WHERE to lose its fat.
It's a common misconception that you can lose fat on a certain area by exercising this area (for example, many people think that doing crunches will make them lose stomach fat). It is called "spot reducing", and it does not work.
The ONLY way to lose your gut is to lose weight in general. As you lose weight, the fat will come off your gut too. And the only way to lose weight is by eating less calories then you burn. This can be accomplished by healthy eating and exercise.
My Practical Weight Loss book has all the information you need to succeed in losing weight. It also comes with a cookbook with healthy recipes that are easy to make. Get it today CLICK HERE
