i have a problem i need to know what i should eat durring the day like how many carbs calories ect. because whenever im bored i eat and since its summer im bored all the time basicly im tryin to beat this nasty habbit i have if anyone can help that would be nice thnx

If you have a big problem with eating when you are bored....stop being bored! I suggest exercise to keep yourself occupied. Hiking, biking, swimming and walking are the best for people who are bigger. Those methods usually bring the best results. But if that fails and you need to eat, eat things that have very low calories and high quantites of water (celery, watermelon, apples).
