hey i just needed to know if anyone else has the ocward looking walking plauge on them ya know what im talkin about where your arms are pused outward becaue of your muscle and your chest sticks out and such i was just wondering if i was the only one or not lol thnx

after a workout of the chest or triceps i do a bit, but no i dont walk around like a gorilla any other day

LOL...I really am not sure what posture you're describing, but at any rate, some abnormal-looking postures sometimes results when opposing muscle groups (back/chest, triceps/biceps, quads/hams, etc.) are not trained equally. The stronger muscle group pulls its opposing muscle group to one side, so the end rsult is not an erect posture.

Most common I've seen would be those men who overtrain their chest, while neglecting their back, and so they end up looking hunched all the time.
