Congratulations!!! A loss is a loss and nothing to be unhappy about. I am enjoying frosted shredded mini wheats or grapenuts for breakfast (200-250 cal depending on which one I eat). I find that both of these fill me up pretty well. I am struggeling with lunch ideas so I'll be eager to see what others suggest. For dinner I am preparing a lot of chicken and vegetable meals. The other night I cut up a bunch of different veggies and stirfried them in a bit of terriaki sauce. It tasted good and left us filled up for the rest of the night (and my non dieting family didn't complain, bonus!!). I also like snacking on raw carrots during the day if I get hungary between meals. I hope this helps some. I am a bit new to this and not such a wonderful, creative cook so our meal choices are limited. Oh, almost forgot, our family loves to eat chicken ceasars salad. I buy the already sliced and cooked chicken in the freezer section. So each person can make their own salad with as much meat on it as they'd like and we each put our own amount of dressing on it. It ends up being pretty low cal and filling.

- thin stick pretzels - 26 is 55 calories, no fat
- small 4-oz cans of Del-Monte LITE fruit - 50 calories, no fat
- MANGOS!! - very tasty - average is 65 calories, no fat
I could go on, and on. There are so many good foods that do not have a lot of calories.
Here's my new favorite low cal dessert.
- One small Del-Monte peaches
- 1/2 oz sliced almonds
- 1 TB chocolate syrup
A total of 140 calories!!! Yummy!

I use the BFL Nutrition Plan. You can get the food list from www.bodyforlife.com
There is a gray box that says Nutrition for Life. Click on that and you can see the list. I think making sure you are getting enough protein and fiber will help to make you feel full. One of my afternoon snacks is a protein shake and it really fills you up.
