well if you look at the picture, you see the scar under the bellybutton. That was how they was going to go in, unfortunately my gallbladder was gangreen so they have to open me fully..thus the long scar. Let's see. It took me about a week and a half before I could leave the hospital. I had to do all sorts of things like this inhaler to strengthen back my lungs, pee on my own (cathater), get up on my own, walk. It was another 2 weeks before I was back to work fully.
it's likely you won't have so long cause mine was them opening me fully.

not as bad as the doctor's experience though.
See when they opened me..the gall bladder exploded...all in the doctor's face
