what can ya do? cannot lose the last friggin few pounders that are sittin right at the stomach. i am according to this site under my ideal weight. thin but not yet cut. what can you do. i eat right, exercise. yet it stays. anybody!

Just try to do cardio for atleast 45 minutes and have a very light dinner.Cos u dont need enough energy during the night time.I think this might help u out.

Check out strength training books or videos, it`s not about heavy weight lifting but about sculpting your body. A good book that explains it is Strong Women Stay Slim by Miriam Nelson.

the body tends to do this...hits a platue..but dont worry it doesnt last..just keep doing what your doing and all of a sudden another fat loss 'stint' will happen once again...whatever you do dont get discouraged and give up alot of people fail when they get to this point because they cant get through the frustration..it will happen trust me
