i just wanted to thank everyone for the advise on eating more protein to feel fuller. i went food shopping and got granola bars and cereal. i am not starving by the time i get home and able to keep my calories down to around 1100.
i can't wait til weigh-in.
i also actually exercised monday and today.
all the postings about scales? i actually have two sets of books.
my digital scale at home in the morning for my friday weight(which is my post numbers) and the doctors scale at work on monday. i actually write my weight on my calendar every monday for the last year or so. looking back, in feb i was as high as 143 and april i was as low as 134, yesturday 137. when i stop watching what i eat i gain it all back, it does matter what kind of deit i was on. now i am trying to keep my eating in check so i don't keep on yo-yoing.
